James and Krista met during the 2017 season for the Wilmington Wolfpack. After several months of being friends, they began dating. After a short period of time, they both knew that they had found “the one”. After many ups and downs, Krista and James maintained and progressed through their friendship. Working towards and progressing in their careers and building their family, they have built a beautiful life together full of firsts for both of them. 

2018 was a big year for the couple. After obtaining their passports for the first time ever, they both traveled out of the country to Atlantis in the Bahamas. It was there that they knew they wanted to marry for certain. Upon returning from Atlantis (with a ring), James and Krista became first time home buyers, and surprised their kids with a new home for Christmas. 

In June of 2019 the wedding planning began. And thus, we have the upcoming Jackson Wedding.
